Juan Carlos López de la Torre (MX)
Juan Carlos López is a passionate animator and character designer based in Vancouver. He is currently working at DHX Studio, and Capilano University as an animation instructor. As a professional, Juan has got the chance to work on projects like Disney’s Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Khalil Gibran’s The Prophet, and My Little Pony: The Movie.
Juan Carlos’s goal is to develop light hearted character driven stories, that reflect upon the world we live on, offer a vision of hope, and light up the darkness. It is not always easy.
