Matthew Salton is a video director and artist raised in the Pacific Northwest of the USA. His most recent output has been in the field of non-fiction filmmaking. What began as a side interest, playing with sketches, led him to develop a peculiar style when there was a necessity to create imagery to tell stories in his documentaries. Matthew\’s style reflects the intuitive approach he brings to his work and his interests in the absurd and surreal. He\’s excited to develop his technique and expand into other mediums such as cartoons and picture books. He loves apple pie and the color orange.
