Chamisa Kellogg (USA)
Chamisa is an illustrator, fine artist, and writer based in Portland, OR. She makes art for children’s books, editorial outlets and the textile design industry. Chamisa uses illustration as a way to highlight the magic and weirdness of everyday life. She also draws inspiration from nature, myths and folklore, and the nebulous line between reality and imagination. Her favorite projects are those that challenge complacency, celebrate compassion, and retell history through diverse voices.
